Research Resources and Support

Our Department Offers Two Ways to Support and Connect Researchers and Trainees:

1. Volunteer as a Research Mentor

Looking to collaborate on a research project or need assistance from a student or resident? Click on the button below to share your current or upcoming opportunities. We'll contact you when a learner expresses interest.

 

2. Request Research Support

Looking for help with study design, IRB protocols, biostatistics, and more? Our Research Review Committee offers support in developing strong, well-designed research projects throughout all stages of their research.

To Request Research Support:
  1. Complete the request form below.
  2. (Optional) Attach a 1-page proposal or up to 5 slides summarizing your project.
  3. The Research Review Committee will review your request as soon as possible and within 2 weeks of submission.
  4. We will contact you with next steps.
For Biostatistical Support Requests,
Keep in Mind the Following for your Timeline:
  • IRB/Data Guardian Support:
    • Submit at least 6 months before your internal deadline to allow time for IRB approval, data abstraction, and analysis.
  • TriNetX Research Support:
    • Submit at least 4 months in advance to ensure sufficient data can be gathered.
  • Statistical Analysis Only:
    • Submit at least 2 months in advance.
